Shipping takes about 3-14 days, depending on where you’re ordering from. We’re an independent store, so we need some time to prepare your order. Your package will be picked up by DPD 1-3 days after your order and you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. We provide free shipping with every purchase + a free return label.

We ship to the following EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Return Policy

A product that is purchased online can be returned within 15 days of the purchase date for a full refund. All products must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original hang tags. The condition of the returned item is left at the discretion of Shelter Retail BV.

We will provide a return label in your package free of charge.To initiate your return, simply reach out to hello@welcometoshelter.com to let us know you would like to return an item. After that, you can return the product(s) by dropping the package off at a DPD Parcelshop, using the return label. Once we receive the returned package, we will transfer your refund.

This return policy only applies to purchases from our online store. If you are looking to return a product purchased at our store in Ghent then please visit the store with the defected item. Do not hesitate to call or e-mail us if you have any questions on the fabric or size of a product. As a company we like to work towards minimal returns both from an economically as from a sustainability point of view.
