Shipping

Orders ship via DPD within 1–3 days and typically arrive in 3–7 days, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking email once your package is on the way. We offer free shipping and free returns on orders over €60. For orders under €60, returns are possible, but return shipping costs are not covered.

We ship to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Store Pick-Up

You can pick up your online order at our store in Ghent, Belgium. Just select “Pick up in store” at checkout.

Return Policy

You may return any product purchased online within 15 days of the purchase date for a full refund. Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original hang tags. The condition of returned items is at the discretion of Shelter Retail BV.

Note: Beauty products (e.g., perfumes, skincare) are non-returnable.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may not be able to offer a refund after that period.

A prepaid DPD return label is included in orders over €60. To initiate a return, drop off your package at a DPD Parcelshop using the provided label, and notify us by contacting hello@welcometoshelter.com .Your refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the return.

This return policy applies only to online purchases. For returns of in-store purchases, please bring the item to our shop in Ghent.
