Wild Animals

Wild Animals is a project by Rop van Mierlo, an artist from The Netherlands. After graduating, he made paintings, illustrations, and a few books. Rop learnt to paint using a wet-on-wet technique during art class at primary school. As a graduate, he returned to this style as a way of painting animals where he had less control. This is how Rop’s ‘wild animals’ came into existence.
